Where would you fit in best?
Are you really a stout Dwarf Paladin, sent into our lives to restore chivalry and honor?
Perhaps a brooding vampire, brimming with political schemes, and social networking footholds?
Maybe you really are a Plain Utz Potato Chip (thanks Erin!)
Bring it on.

I think if I were anything, I would probably still be a human, but in a Rennaisance-sh D&D or Warhammer setting.
Limited by my race's lack of original lore, history, knowledge and power, I will simply do what must be done for the good of my family or home.
I struggle against the elder beings of the world who really are wiser and stronger and just want back the "old ways" they once knew ages ago before my time.
Values are taught, and instincts are few, the world is full of knowledge, but once must break free of his own pride and ignorance to explore it.
The time period strikes me as the one I would at least feel most at home in, and also the only one where as a character in the story I'd have any chance at all in making an impact, because I'd have to or die a meaningless pathetic waste of genes in an otherwise militant, artisitic time of learning and expansionism.
A setting where being a traitor to the crown is punishable by death, not at all like today where its practically written in our blood that opposing government is exactly what I was brought into the world to do, and in a country where the law supports my right to do so in a few ways.
Roll me up into Gustav, My very own Warhammer Brettonian Knight. I really think he is as true to myself as I've ever played. Proud, stubborn, stupid, and holding personal values high above any other sensible means of living.
Wow...even though I wrote it, it kinda stings a little.

Me as much as i like rangers with all their usefullness and druids with the tons of utility spells, nothing beats the good old righteous honorable pally. as for system i would go with rifts probably. a place were advancement is hard earned and almost meaningless. a future world with all the cool tech toys and gear. paladins rush sword and board at giant mecha blasting fire from cannons and missles. and somehow the in the crazyness it is balanced.

When I play characters, I usually tend toward the rogue or bard type, someone who would rather talk her way out than fight her way out, or just get someone else to do the dirty work for her. But in real life, while I haven't had to get into any real fights, I do get really defensive and am set in instant pounce mode when someone threatens someone I care about, so I'm not sure what I personally would be. Perhaps a druid in D&D might fit me as I do have an insatiable love for animals and spent most of my younger years outside and on the farm. (As long as I don't have to deal with the allergies I have now, sign me up for druid!) And I might even make myself a half-elf, or maybe a gnome. I don't think I'd want to be a full elf as I have no desire for "immortality" and I love sleep. I also thought of possibly making myself a Hunter in a WoD game, but only because I have no powers, although I have this odd urge to see the vampire side of the world from their point of view. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas on what you would see me as? I'm curious to see how you would cast me in a game as myself.

Hm. . . I play Humans for the most part for I find they can be the most Neutral. But I find in RL I am VERY Lawful Evil, border Chaotic Evil.
As a race, I'd be a Dwarf. . . . In DnD Dwarven Tyrant. In Warhammer, Chaos Dwarf. My mind and and my oathes are set in stone, just like a dwarf.
Rennasiance time period.
Reasons: Honestly? Do I need to explain?

In DnD chances are would be a drawven cleric or fighter. My pride is my biggest vice and I firmly beleive in a strong family unit, life without family is alien to me. If not a drawf then a half elf, cause I know what it's lime to grow up in 2 different cultures at once.
WoD human hunter. Hell believe in the stuff anyway and those if you that listen talk about my experinces know I think it's real.

I tend to be a half-elf. I'm good with both Humans and Elves and Half- Elf is a happy medium. I tend to play a neutral character, neutral good or evil is something but I know how to play and think from all perspectives as many of my friends could attest to. In real life I tend to think form more of a lawful evil perspective, or even a chaotic good depending on how you look at it. For instance, A chaotic good character may do something that seems evil, but if they believe it to be for the greater good it does not interfere with the alignment. I generally work toward a greater good but see no harm in getting a few things for myself along the way.
Class? Bard, Wizard, Druid, Thief, Kensia. I like to be able to negotiate and talk my way out of things, Sometimes, simply in order to delay or place the fight where I will have the advantage.
What setting? good question. I don't really know, I feel I can make a home wherever I'm set. and so long as my heart is still in my chest I have a home. I'll stop there.
Can't help but wonder what others see me as. You should tell me sometime, I'd appreciate it.

if it all came down to it, id be a dragonborn pally. id rather not fight, but will fight for what i believe in if i have to. defending my friends and allies, while eliminating my enemies, those are generally my strong points. why a dragonborn? cuzid like to spit frost at someone when they P*ss me off XD
on the other hand, if i couldnt be that, id most definately be a drow sorcerer. a dark elf with the will to force magic to do what i want it to. useing all of my skills to gain the upper hand, and then using said upper hand to crush my foes.
wow, i didnt know i could sound like an asshole and a good guy in the same repy. who knew?
woops, forgot era. probably somewhere in the middle ages, or in the forgotten realms setting of dnd. kudos to spellfire!
