Who is the star of the epic story yet untold? We're all waiting to read at least a synopsis of their tale. Fill us in on a favorite character, story, adventure, or even setting that you really grew attached to.
I can't wait to see some of these!

I've been playing D&D since about 2000 in the Gettyesburg Area. Usually a little laxed with the dice until critical junctures in situations. Friends always seem to force me into being a cleric. Most memorable character that can define me was Lovegood, another cleric character. The party well out ranked me in level and they were trying to force me to team up with this heracule. The problem was that we were both polar opposites and repelled in the same manner. So, the party caste this spell that in a sense that put an invisable 30 foot rope on each end of the Heracule and I. Where the stonger went the other had to follow. It so happens that the party found itself out in the middle of the woods. There is a disagreement between the Heracule and I arose, the woods caught on fire, and I bare backed a horse dragging the much physically stronger party member through the flames. Wo-la, crispy critter. No more fighting for direction.

Mine was easly, Rossenieth Von Wusset, Road-Warden of the Northern Border. He was, clearly, my most sadistic, power hungry, determined character. He went from Peasent with a pistole, to a walking arsanal with the power and title of a noble.
It was in Phil Marlow's game, a Warhammer setting once again. This char went through hell in a hand basket. Everytime something evil would happen, he would defeat it and do something just as evil. Always, though, the evil deeds he did were for the greater good. "For Ze Empire, an' ze Emporer!"

As of right now my best character was Tai, can't remember is full name cause no one ever used it. My bladesinger has collapsed economies, fathered numerous children, used his quick wit to make a demon feel guilty about his actions, and of course died at least four times while saving someone else. He's my best cause those that played with me only have to hear his name to remember what he has done

My fav character is Darosh the ranger/druid and the first character i ever role played. he was the "party in a can" as other players called him. he went from a low level one hunting werewolves that plagued his home town to adventuring to save the world from the hordes of chaos. i got him to level thirteen before his first death at the well placed poision crossbow bolt of a wererat assassin. i failed 5 consecutive d20 rolls... and auto died. He arose in his sacred grove's pool the next morning and slaughtered the whole assassin's guild. at level 7 pulled off the greatest feat i have so far in solo killing a juvinile green dragon in one hit. triple 20. survived the armies of underdark and stormed a vampire lord's keep. there wasn't much that that character didn't do but i was soooo upset when the campain just stopped half way thorugh and poor Darosh is still fleeing the armies of a verrry pissed off king. he rescued a ransomed princess while the king watched ensnared in entangling roots. yay level 1 utility spells!

-scratches my hurt tailbone- Ah......my best character? It would have to be Dolly aka Doll face. Me and my friends on habbo.com we started a role play game for just us friends and it was basically batman theme without any of the original characters. Dolly was a nurse a mental nurse who gradually over time became more and more insane untill the point of having a split personality. Theres the sweet and innocent Dolly and the murderous phyco Doll face. She somehow always avoids death even though she herself puts her in such deadly situations...(Totally unmeant to happen but somehow she ends up in vital places and ALWAYS lives so currently she still is alive and killin') She liked to call people Hun and Doll...her favorite weapon was exsplosives but she had an automatic shooter in wich disguised as a music box.

I've been thinking long and hard about my "best" character, but I'm not sure I can name one just yet. I don't think I've had any that have been of epic proportions yet. In truth, most of my table-top chars don't make it past 1st level. I just went through my folder last week and found 21 different character sheets of all different systems, and out of those 17 of them were still at level 1, a good many of them never even played.
My favorite however has to be Miazz Broken Ax. She is probably the one I've spent the most time playing, mostly due to the fact that she was a WoW character and I spent A LOT of time playing WoW. But we were on an RPPVP realm, and shortly after level 6 or 7, we (Droz, Rock, Bael, and I) created our little orc family, and it just grew from there.
Miazz was the baby sister of a family of four. You can read a little bit more about them in the WoW RP thread in another topic. She was a hunter who was all about her "cute and cuddlies", so naturally I made her a beast master. She had a "funny way of talking", at least according to the other people she met. She always thought she sounded fine. Other than her older brothers and adopted family, her bestest friends were a big shaggy black wolf named Buddro and a sleek, deadly panther called Nyttro.
She had many adventures with the other characters on WoW, including capture and torture by Night Elves, something that she will never forget, nor will I.
If I ever get a chance to go to BlizzCon or more likely GenCon, I'm hoping to be able to make a decent enough costume to go as her. But who knows who might come along between now and then.

Hands down has to be my five year old character, well kinda, was originally a human mage now a blood elf mage but the story is around 4.5 years old, Nethistrasza from my personal adventures in WoW, first off, yes female character played by guy, oh geez the "Girl" theory lives on, but let me say this, one Blood Elf males are kinda err, yeah, to begin with...and playing a male BE mage just would've added to the festiveness, plus my friend that got me started in WoW was uh, very supporting of the wearing a dress idea considering he was the one that showed me the "Big Blue Dress" video, and hence, my mage was born...a female, anywho...
Nethistrasza, Netheria, Dieane, many many names this character has gone by through the years that she's been around. Some used to cloak her true existence, others not, and some are just "pet" names. She's a ten thousand year old chromatic dragon taken in in early whelp-hood as a red along with three identical sisters that surprisingly survived Deathwings experiments with the Dragon Soul. She played a minor and rather brief role in the War of the Ancients and resided in the domain of the Red's before descending upon the Quel'Dorei. Once the human kingdom of Lordaeron founded and the wizard colony of Dalaran was raised, she took up residence there teaching as an elder magnus to the humans. She had no involvement with the first war and the destruction of Stormwind, but the tail end of the second war had brought the well known tragedy on her on doorstep, The Dragonmaw Clan had most of the red flight in captivity. Nethistrasza earned the respect of her kin for actions taken against the Dragonmaw, though not as glorified as Korialstraz and Rhonin, but just as important. After that day Nethistrasza spent most of her natural life including now seeking and searching for Deathwing wanting answers and retribution as well as vengeance.
Currently Netheria has suffered a grave loss of a few kin due to the Wrathgate incident as she has and now is working boldly with the Accord as an Elder and aids as one of the few Wyrmrest reps actually joining in the assault on Icecrown Citadel. Currently she has breached into the Citadel as far as Professor Putricide but the attack on his labs have been unsuccessful (damn green blobs!!) As far as her personality goes, she's rather compassionate and caring for all living things, and really holds no binds to Alliance or Horde but actually trying to get them to set aside their differences but so far to no avail. With recent events, her stability emotionally is starting to fail as she senses her dark creators presence but can not find him, and her love towards the mortal races is slowly diminishing as Cataclysm nears. The death of her kin and the death of Malygos has put a huge dent in her reliability of the mortal races.
My paladin's storyline isn't half as epic as this, but should the public want more, more I shall give. currently, I'm working on a novel with this one, but for anyone wishing to know more on the pally, He's a War veteran that's now Schizophrenic from his late wife's death and all the war and conflict and see's his former paladin master, he's become quite a fun character to play.
