Lets just talk about some stuff that makes a WoD game work.
Theme, Mood, Morality, Edges, whatever.
What are some of your favorite storytelling utilities?
What is always a great theme for a game?
What are good ways to test the parts of a WoD game? Am I bringing the characters' vices into play here? Should they throw dice on a derangement/tell for this scene?
What keeps the story flowing? Working?
For that matter, what is the hardest part(s) of storytelling for you? Of playing your character? Of being part of the Troupe?

Utilities? The electric company. . .
I don't rightly know how to answer any of this. WoD, flows more so by the character than most games. . .when it does flow. I had a lot of fun throwing red herrings and made sure that something led to something for the most part.
