The world is one of epic proportion. It is that of Azeroth. A land of Elves, Humans, Orcs, Trolls, and so on.
But we're not just in a war of blades and powder and magic and minions. There are still yet the politics to consider. The lusts, ambitions, heists, overthrows, guilds, and madnesses are just capping the proverbial icebergs!
Discover the forgotten grottoes, and team up with unexpected allies to fight those that stalk the lands you wish to claim as your own. Rescue the priestess who stands alone before a legion of crazed Quill boars, and whisk her away into the sunset.
All this only to find your unfettered romance may remain as such when her warrior husband returns home from avenging the Scarlet Crusade and seek his own headhunt on you both for your lechery!
Choose your path carefully, for someone out there may be watching, may be stronger, more devious, more merciless than you or your few close mates.

I've spent quite a bit of time in Azeroth, as both Horde and Alliance. I love to RP, although I'm not as brushed up on the WoW lore as some other people. If you want to talk PvP, sorry but I'm not your girl. I avoided it like the plague except for a few brief stints in the Battlegrounds.
I have played on Whisperwind, Ravenholdt, and a bit on Moon Guard. My last walk through Azeroth was back in June, when I finally decided to let my subscription run out for good. But I still remember it all and love to talk stories around the campfire.

I too spent the better part of four years just after WoW's release on its servers. Making my first home in Whisperwind as a Dwarf by name of Bolaneer. A hunter of course, as was to be my class of choice.
I met there a wonderful player who screen-named under Delyah, and we struck up quite a bond. From there I was hooked. Frustrated though I was with constant patches and changes, then the expensions...ugh!
I later made so many other characters I would rarely recognize importance of any. Except perhaps one.
I made an Orc to join some of my best friends on the Ravenholdt server. Another hunter yes, but with bow instead of gun, and we would together form the nearly two year played Broken Ax Clan. It was a wonderful run, that I unfortunately ran out of material for role playing with, and again with patch and expansion frustrations left the game entirely.
This orc character's tale begins on another thread I'm sure you'll easily find. Let me know if you want to read more about him. You may even catch a story or two from the rest of the clan.

I started WoW at launch. I rolled on Silverhand, the best Rp server the game had. I too rolled a Dwarven Hunter. Boranorge. I will forever have a sad feeling when I mention that dwarf.
A real friend of mine would always play together, he was a Night Elven Warrior. Both in OOC and ALWAYS in Rp we would insult each other, play each other down, but we would always work perfectly together. We would always be online at the same time, and we would always quest together. Then one day, I got an in game letter saying he was quitting. He had to leave the game for personal issues and I respected that, we parted ways and I never played the dwarf again.
I later Rolled Averrob, a Human Warlock. He was a joke at first, the char I had run around naked fear spamming things. It was one day in the Searing Gourge that I met another Elven Warrior. His char name was Kisho, his real name Jeremy(We are still long distance friends.) For the past 5 years, him and I have been gameing on WoW together and kicking ass. This last year I was playing my Undead Warlock, he his Tauren Druid. I quit wow this Year and he plans to leave it as soon as Starwars comes out. We said our peace and parted ways.
WoW I know like the back of my hand. I can name every class, race, spec, dungeon, boss. I can honestly say I know WoW better then my own home town. I was a HEAVY WoW nerd, ask anyone who knows me, but I kicked the addiction to the bucket and swapped it for Warhammer mini's. (Though in all honesty, I've been collected them for the past 3 years, its just this year I got REALLY into it.)
