Ok, this thread will be reserved as a kind of Journal thread for the VtR game set in Phoenix. In some posts I'll take creative liberties with the narration just to kind of set up the situation, but for the most part they will be a general descriptive summary of the goings on of each session. I'll be posting these summaries piecemeal as I get them written out and to my satisfaction. Feel free to post some of your own in-character musings about the sessions.
Please, leave ooc stuff (not including narrative tools) to the Pheonix, Arizona thread. Thank you.

Session 1 – Friday January 15, 2010 – (Sunday March 28, 2010)
One week prior to the beginning of the Night on which the first session takes place, each member of the Coterie, with the exception of Iniona, received an invitation to the upcoming Elysium event taking place at the Phoenix Symphony Hall signed by Liddia Drake herself.
The night was cool, calm, and clear and the full moon was shining brightly as Frank pulled his car into an on-street parking space. He slammed the taxi into park, struck a pack of cigarettes against his palm a few times, pulled one out with his lips, struck a match and lit the cigarette. Forcing his dead lungs to stoke the flame and shoving the Beast back into its cage, he mumbled to himself something about old habits dying hard. Taking a puff, he sat back and began mentally recording those who entered or left the Symphony Hall until the time came for him to join the festivities. Perhaps he might get a client this evening. Gabriel, dressed in a fine suit for the occasion, pulled his car into a reserved space in the parking garage beneath the Symphony Hall. Still on the phone with an incorrigible business contact, he steps out of the car and forcibly shuts the car door as he briskly begins to walk toward the street exit. As he reaches the door, he snaps the phone shut, abruptly ending a phone call that was obviously going nowhere. Not before a quick veiled threat, of course. Taking a moment to compose himself and straighten out his suit, Gabriel opens the doors and ascends to street level to meet with the other attendees.

Until my muse returns and I can get a better grasp on each of the characters personalities, I'll just throw a quick summary of what happened last session.
All the characters were given invitations one week beforehand to the upcoming Elysium event at the Symphony Hall. The characters showed up at varying times, Frank a little earlier to get the low down on all those who showed up. The early hours of the event went on without a hitch, the coterie mingles and Romano determines that the Prince called the event in order to shed some light on the Crone situation. Grace and Gabriel feast on some hors d'oeuvres, Levi reads a book, and Jake remains a wallflower. Shortly before the Prince speaks a stranger strolls in with a posse. Romano deduces that he is a member of the Crone from an omen of a breeze forming decoration ribbons above the stranger's head into a circle. The Prince begins his speach hinting at a coming attack and the stranger bursts into the auditorium and begins to attack the attendees with aluminum bats, to the apparent pleasure of the Prince. The melee ends relatively quickly with the posse being dispatched, the attendees evacuating, and the stranger fleeing to the Railyard. The coterie, sans Grace, pursue; following a lead from am interrogated Ghoul and intel from Frank. The group splits up once arriving at the Railyard. Levi and Jake meet up with Gabriel near a manhole surrounded by derelict rail cars and are ambushed by the stranger. Levi and Jake are routed by the crafty Nos's ample use of Nightmare, and Gabriel flees on his own accord. The coterie reassembles before splitting up again for their own reasons, Levi and Jake to feed, Gabriel for (I can't remember) and Romano to return to the Symphony hall. The hunts are successful. Romano discovers Darius, the Judex of the Invictus, speaking with a police officer. After the policeman leaves with an apparent use of Dominate and smooth talking, Romano converses with Darius and deduces that the attack was a ploy by the Crone or the Prince.
